LEAPING FOR LIFE

The title Leaping For Life,  the title speaks for its self as I’m inspired by my passion for wild life fighting for their territory, and for  life against extinction . Painted in oils in a contemporary style so the true subject is hidden from view. This style of painting requires great attention to technique and form. I design the shape from my imagination, plan the colours, and eventually finish off with many layers of over-glazing with thin paint.  I usually change my mind and create different versions of the painting before I’m satisfied!
