Art work for your home. Original  painting. Sleeping Lions . A Mixed Media painting in oils are part of a my new collection in Mixed Media joining my Wildlife category. Take a look at New Arrival and Sleeping Lions. I’m always looking for new ideas and techniques in the creative arts and experimenting with different materials. Here I’ve used plaster, fabric, glue, oil paint and finally varnish! I’m inspired by my passion for wild life fighting for their territory, and for life against extinction. The world can be a cruel place, and it’s only through education that things will change and many trusts and charities are continuing their hard work to achieve that in time. I recently went to Sri Lanka to do some art related charity work, but also a holiday tagged on. I visited the Yara Nature reserve and saw these magnificent giants although the Asian elephant has smaller ears and many other wildlife in the flesh.
